The Board of Governors (BOG) is the top-level governing body in St. Paul's College-Mbalea responsible for strategic leadership, policy formulation, financial oversight, and staff management to ensure quality education. It is Composed of Foundation Body, Parents, Teachers, and Community Representatives, the BOG works with the Headteacher to drive school improvement, monitor performance, and uphold statutory duties.
St. Paul's College-Mbale has an effective BOG which enbaled it improve student performance and teacher efficiency by providing a supportive environment and facilitating collaboration between school stakeholders. They act as a check on school leadership to ensure schools are managed efficiently.
